Kennedy Design+Build started because Cameron kept seeing the same thing on every job site: someone selling a deck before anyone had walked the yard. Outdoor space is where families actually spend their time, and we wanted to design those rooms with the same care anyone would expect inside the house.

So we built a small firm around it. Cameron walks every property himself. He draws every design. Our crew is in-house, not subcontracted, and they build to a spec he has signed off on. Fifteen years and a hundred-something projects later, we are still doing it the same way.

We carry the licensing and coverage to design, engineer, and build outdoor living projects across Pennsylvania. Permits and engineered plans are handled in-house so inspections move fast and there are no third-party handoffs.
