This project features a deck renovation and a new patio. Our clients wanted a covered space for entertaining and relaxing with added patio space in the backyard. We designed and installed a custom attached deck roof with a patio and gas fire feature. We redesigned the deck to make it more open and inviting to the rest of the backyard, creating a multi-tiered space with endless opportunities. While the township presented some restrictions in regard to the impervious coverage allowed, we worked with our engineers to design a stormwater system so that we could execute the project.
