This project features a custom gunite swimming pool complete with fire and water elements, an expansive pool deck, and a custom pool house equipped with a fireplace, full bathroom with shower, and a built-in bar with custom cabinetry and multiple beverage centers. We also renovated the deck off the first level of the home, adding multiple patio areas, walkways, and a grill island beneath the deck. We designed a lounge area with a natural stone patio and a gas fire bowl, and installed a koi pond with a waterfall for added tranquility. The front entrance received a complete overhaul with new hardscaping, stone steps, and an upgraded landscape lighting system. With a total of four fire features, three water features, an integrated audio system, and subtle lighting throughout, this backyard truly feels like a luxurious resort, transforming it into the ultimate destination for relaxation and entertainment.
