This project consisted of multiple phases and encompassed just about the entire property. We started with a front entrance renovation and then designed and installed the perfect backyard for family recreation and entertaining. The front entrance had a crumbling concrete stairway and an unsightly concrete entryway. We designed a new paver entryway, a new stone staircase, and a new landscaped area with a water feature to greet guests as they enter the front of the property. Accent lighting for the home's stone columns and landscape makes this front entrance warm and inviting. In the back, we had a 9-foot elevation grade change and a blank slate to work with. We designed and installed a 50'x25' freeform pool with two outdoor kitchen areas, a composite deck, a custom pool house, a putting green, an in-ground trampoline, landscaping, stone pathways, staircases, and lighting.
